Table requests
The form collects your name, email, telephone number, requested date and time, party size and optional message. Tradita Shqiptare uses these details to review and respond to your request. You are not subscribed to marketing, and submitting the form does not confirm a booking.
Storage and access
Requests are stored privately in this WordPress website and are accessible to authorized administrators. When notifications are enabled, the restaurant receives a notice with a link to review the private request. In the staging environment, notifications are not sent.
Requests are scheduled for automatic deletion after 6 months. Hosting backups may be retained separately under the host’s backup policy.
Form protection
To limit abuse, the form uses security tokens and a keyed hash of the connecting IP address. This rate-limit identifier expires after one hour. The website does not enable analytics or marketing trackers by default.
