Table requests
The form collects your name, email, telephone number, requested date and time, party size and optional message. Tradita Shqiptare uses these details to review and respond to your request. You are not subscribed to marketing, and submitting the form does not confirm a booking.
Storage and access
Requests are stored privately in this WordPress website and are accessible to authorized administrators. When owner email alerts are enabled, the restaurant receives your request details and a link to the private inbox through our website email service. If the owner configures WhatsApp alerts, Meta receives only the request reference, date, time, party size and a link requiring WordPress sign-in. No automated message is sent to you, and staging requests do not send alerts.
Requests are scheduled for automatic deletion after 6 months. Hosting backups may be retained separately under the host’s backup policy.
Form protection
To limit abuse, the form uses security tokens and a keyed hash of the connecting IP address. This rate-limit identifier expires after one hour. The website does not enable analytics or marketing trackers by default.

Cookies & website analytics
Necessary technology supports the website and remembers your choice. Optional analytics starts only after you accept. Global Privacy Control and staff exclusions keep it off. Rejecting or withdrawing permission does not create a traffic event. No advertising cookies are used.

What our traffic dashboard records
After permission, we count page views, language, screen-size groups, broad traffic sources, engagement and actions such as menu use, calls, directions, event links and booking-form activity. Counts are aggregated; they are not unique people. Our traffic database does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, form contents, raw search terms, URLs, referrers or persistent visitor profiles. Hosting security logs are separate from these analytics.
Five-minute aggregate buckets are kept for 14 days, hourly buckets for 90 days and daily trends for up to 25 months, then deleted on schedule. Cookies can also be deleted through your browser. Withdrawing permission clears our optional browser storage and stops future analytics; anonymous totals already combined cannot be linked back to you.
A click is an expression of interest, not a completed call, restaurant visit or confirmed reservation. Booking requests are handled separately under the booking privacy notice. Analytics permission never signs you up for email.
If Google Analytics is separately enabled, it uses a verified Tradita property and starts only after permission. Advertising features and automatic form, link, site-search and history tracking must remain disabled. Our configured events use a canonical page address without query strings and an empty referrer.
